The Basics
We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition you received them:
Unworn and unwashed (no perfumes, deodorant marks, or stains).
Original tags must still be attached.
Original packaging should be included.
Note: Sale items or limited edition "drops" may be marked as Final Sale. Check the product page before you buy !
How to Start a Return
Email us: Reach out at richd.in.eg@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Ship it back: Once approved, we’ll provide the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Get Refunded: Once we inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new one. This ensures the item doesn't sell out while your return is in transit.
